On June 3 I had the chance to see Highasakite play a magnificent concert at Studentersamfundet in Trondheim.
If you are one of the lucky ones to attend Glastonbury,Roskilde, Hurricane Festival or any of the other gigs on their busy summer schedule, you really have something to look forward to. I’ve seen them regularly since their debut and have never seen them perform this well before, both musically and in terms of the stage performance.
Ingrid Helene Håvik is really flourishing as a front figure for the band, and seems to really enjoy singing the new material from the record “Camp Echo” which I think has some great songs, “Golden Ticket” being my personal favorite.
Fortunately I had my Sony DSC-RX100 Mark III with me, so I caught some snapshots during their concert here in Trondheim.
